Normal shipping procedure
We aim to ship all orders the same day we receive them, ( Monday to Friday ) the cut-off time is 3:00 pm, however, we will pack and despatch orders received after 3:00 pm until the collection from our premises is made.
You have the choice of shipping options, which includes the option to upgrade to Tracked 24, this shipping option is given priority and in man areas deliveries are 7 days each week.
Any delays due to poor weather, Traffic or any other problems beyond our control have always been a possibility, and have been a possibility for all online companies for many years.
Sometimes there are circumstances beyond our control that effect delivery times, bad weather, traffic delays and strikes are the most common, but there may be other circumstances as well.
