Extreme Adventure Races aims to give the best possible service, with quick delivery and a simple online buying experience.
Once an item has been dispatched, we are unable to cancel the order
You can return items for a refund, but they must be returned, and with us within 30 days of being despatched by us.
Returns must be unused, in the original packaging, with all labels and tags intact.
Please include inside the packaging with your return: Your Name and Order Number, without those it's very difficult to identify who has returned the items if we can't see who returned the item, delays will occur in processing refunds.
It needs to be exactly in the same condition as when despatched.
Please read the whole of our Return Policy and Procedures to make sure your items can be returned and any special requirements relating to your purchase.
You have a statutory duty to take reasonable care of the goods, so please ensure you do not damage the items and packaging, please ensure that anything returned to us is in perfect condition. If reasonable care has not been taken when checking the purchase or when returning it to us, we reserve the right to reject it completely or refund you for less than the full amount by way of compensation either to repair the item or cover any loss.
All food products and nutritional product sales are final, and can not be returned.
Where an item is defective because of a manufacturer issue, you can return it at any time within the initial warranty period subject to prior discussion of any communication.
We can not handle any items that are soiled in any way, items for warranty must be clean when returned.
Some warranty claims may need manufacturers' approval. Damage, wear, and tear is not covered under the warranty.
When approved we will provide a replacement and handle the return back to the manufacturer.
Please get in touch with us before contacting the manufacturer, in most cases, they will refer you back to us anyway. in the event of any claims, we will liaise with the manufacturer on your behalf.
Warranties cover manufacturing and material faults but do not cover damage however caused, misuse, or wear and tear.
Manufacturers may exercise their right to repair in some cases.
The replacement will be the nearest available to the original, and if that is not available then a refund will be provided instead, at our discretion.
Except for faulty, incorrect, or damaged goods, returns outside of the 30-day return period, we reserve the right not to offer a refund and may return the item to you at your cost.
For items outside of the 30-day returns period, in some cases, we may make a restocking charge on accepting the return.
This cost may be charged in advance of us returning it to you.
Any refunds made for returned items are for standard shipping only, we strongly recommend you use a tracked service, but additional costs for the Next day and more expensive courier returns process are at your cost,
As long as you have told us that you are returning your order within the 14-day period, you will be entitled to a full refund, excluding all delivery charges as long as you have told us that you are returning your order. Delivery charges are not refunded when only part of your order is returned to us.
In the event any promotional items were supplied with the product, they must also be returned in unused condition.
To return an item to Extreme Adventure Races, please do this:
Put the item in a box or large envelope, depending on the product, include the invoice, and let us know the details of why you are returning it.
*** It is important that items are returned as new, with all tags and labels attached, and completely undamaged packaging, and returning the product in a manner suitable to the product, the same as it despatched.

When we receive the returned item(s), we will either ship you the exchanged item or issue you a full refund for the goods returned.
We can only refund or replace goods that are received by us in the appropriate condition, we strongly suggest you use a service with tracking and suitable insurance, then we are all covered if lost or delivered elsewhere,
