An evolution in performance trail running - Invertex Cross is a high-performance trail running shoe blending lightweight comfort with rough terrain functionality.
This unique shoe features a highly breathable, integrated gaiter for extra protection when running on dry and loose surfaces. During the wet season, a 360-degree, durable skin around the base of the shoe works like a protective mudguard. The mesh upper is scratch resistant and is highly reflective. A precise and supportive fit is the result of a medium width last as well as a lightweight EVA midsole and a specialized, molded insole.
Underneath, Vikings new UGC 2.0 outsole, powered by Michelin, provides the best possible traction thanks to an optimized tread pattern and a special outdoor rubber compound. Whether running in the forests, fields or mountains, Viking Invertex Cross delivers a new level of foot comfort and protection.

GORE-TEX® Footwear
General maintenance advice for footwear with GORE-TEX® membrane.Our footwear range is designed with abrasion resistant materials and they are easy to take care of. This short routine will enhance the performance of your footwear and it adds to the durability:
- Clean the upper material with a soft brush or cloth and lukewarm water.
- Rinse of any sand, gravel or dirt - even the inside of the boot.
- Remove the inlay sole.
- Let dry in room temperature. Please avoid direct heat. No tumble dry. If needed convection style boot dryers can be used.
- Water repellant spray can be applied when footwear is dry - please also apply on shoes laces. This is only necessary when the original finish has worn off or due to heavy use.
